During Still A Friend Of Mine it was Bluey's turn again to get the audience along in a sing-along. Of course this was no problem at all, because all the fans did exactly what Bluey asked them to do. Even singing "I know a boy named Maria" ... Yes, the audience in Amsterdam goes to great lenghts :-) Here as well Bluey showed himself as a real front man and he also made clear that he has a phenomenal voice. |

The concert was advertized with having Trijntje Oosterhuis as a special guest. She sang one song on lead vocals, but after that Kelli quickly took charge again. As good a singer Traincha is, in my opinion she cannot compare to any of the singers of Incognito. What do needs to be said is that during the audience participation she even surprised Bluey with her jazzy improvisations, so there it is, something positive. |
As closure Bluey thanked the audience for their support. And with starting Bob Marley's One Love everyone felt like being beyond color and beyond creed as one nation under the groove. It stayed unquiet for some time in Amsterdam ... |

Before Incognito started their encore something unusual happened. Normally Bluey would have never done this, but for this one time only he made an exception, because he is a sucker for romance.
A journalist who interviewd Bluey the week before came on stage and in turn he requested somebody special next to him ... and yes, you have undoubtedly guessed it: he proposed to her, there and then. If at that point 1400 people scream "YES" it will not surprise you that she said "yes" as well. That was a nice little moment.
